- OUR Original Red
- OUR Everything But Tha’ Salt
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/4 c diced onions
- handful of artichokes
- 1 serving size of goat cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- spinach
- 2x eggs + 1 egg white (if you want some extra protein)
- hot sauce of choice
Instructions
- Whisk up the eggs and season with Original Red;
- Sautee all the vegetables;
- Add the eggs to the vegetable mix and the goat cheese;
- Flip, wrap, and cook all the way through;
- Plate and add avocado, hot sauce, and Everything But Tha’ Salt!
