GOSH…we love easy recipes and this one is ONLY three ingredients! It is healthy, easy, and you can even use the air fryer, which always makes us happy when it comes to cooking. Have it as a snack or a side dish with dinner. This recipe uses OUR Original Red, but you could use a lot of other spices. Try it out and let us know which spice you chose to use!

A simple, easy, and healthy snack or side dish!



  1. Cut the squash in half, spoon out the seeds then cut into fries;
  2. Drizzle with EVOO and OUR Original Red;
  3. Air fry at 400° for 25 minutes (the length of your cooking time is dependent on how crisp you want them)!
