- 6 ounces Skinny Pizza Dough (find the recipe HERE)
- Avocado oil spray
- 55 grams Whipped cottage cheese (In a blender add the cottage cheese and blend until smooth and whipped)
- 1/2 c fat free mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice
- 1 chicken sausage slice
- 1/2 c mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp OUR Green Zest
- 1/4 tsp OUR Italian Blast
- Garlic powder to taste
- Red pepper flakes
- Grated parmesan
Instructions
- First make a single batch of Skinny Pizza Dough;
- Preheat oven to 425;
- Once done, portion into preferred amount. Chef Allie used 6 ounces for this pizza;
- Roll dough into a small cast iron that is lightly sprayed with avocado oil;
- Place the whipped cottage cheese down followed by the fat free mozzarella cheese;
- Add the chicken sausage and mushrooms;
- Spray the crust lightly with avocado oil and sprinkle garlic salt along the crust;
- Add the seasonings around the pizza and place into a 425-degree oven;
- Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes;
- Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
