- OUR Original Red
- Shredded frozen hash browns
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 package cooked and chopped turkey bacon
- 10 whisked eggs
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees;
- Place liners inside a cupcake tin;
- Put enough frozen shredded hash browns to lightly cover the bottom of each liner (or works great with two tatertots in each);
- Season with OUR Original Red;
- Fill halfway with chopped spinach;
- Add in chopped bacon;
- Pour the whisked eggs evenly over the 12 cups;
- Top with black pepper;
- Bake for 20 minutes;
- Serve with hot sauce and ENJOY!
- **To reheat – place 2 eggs cups on a plate and microwave for 45 seconds**
