Taco Tuesday just got better with this big old taco salad bowl!

- OUR Taco Knight
- 1 mini cup of Wholly Guacamole
- Buffalo Ranch (or Ranch of choice)
- 2 T of black olives
- 3/8 c chopped onions
- 1/2 c diced fresh tomatoes
- 2/3 c roasted corn
- 1/4 c fat-free cheese
- 20 pieces Good Thins rice snacks
- 3 c chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 ounces ground beef (96% lean 4% fat)
Instructions
- Prepare the meat in a frying pan and add OUR Taco Knight;
- While the meat is cooking, chop up all the necessary toppings;
- Once the meat is done, throw everything into a bowl and layer high with all the good stuff!
