Big Taco Salad Bowl

Taco Tuesday just got better with this big old taco salad bowl!


Units Scale
  • OUR Taco Knight
  • 1 mini cup of Wholly Guacamole
  • Buffalo Ranch (or Ranch of choice)
  • 2 T of black olives
  • 3/8 c chopped onions
  • 1/2 c diced fresh tomatoes
  • 2/3 c roasted corn
  • 1/4 c fat-free cheese
  • 20 pieces Good Thins rice snacks
  • 3 c chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 ounces ground beef (96% lean 4% fat)


  1. Prepare the meat in a frying pan and add OUR Taco Knight;
  2. While the meat is cooking, chop up all the necessary toppings;
  3. Once the meat is done, throw everything into a bowl and layer high with all the good stuff!
