Description
Easy, delicious, healthy, and versatile, you can never go wrong with a burrito bowl!
Ingredients
- OUR Taco Knight
- 2 T of Daisy light sour cream
- 20x Good Thins “The Corn One Sea salt & corn rice snacks
- 1 c frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/3 c pico de gallo
- 2x diced sweet mini baby bell peppers
- 2/3 c roasted corn
- 6 ounces flat iron steak
Instructions
- Grill the flat iron steak and divide into two portions;
- Pan fry the rice cauliflower with OUR Taco Knight and the roasted corn;
- Add everything to the bowl along with the pico de gallo and the Good Thins corn crackers!
