- 1/2 c quick oats
- 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp OUR Chocolate Crave
Filling
1/4 cup MY BERRY SAUCE
Topping
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
Garnish
- pancake syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees;
- In the food processor add all of the oatmeal batter ingredients;
- Blend until smooth;
- Pour into a greased oven safe dish;
- Take my BERRY SAUCE and place into the center of the batter;
- Sprinkle the coconut sugar on top;
- Bake for 20-25 minutes;
- Garnish with syrup and enjoy!
