Korean Beef, Cabbage and Rice Bowl

Description

Sweet and Spicy easy and delicious rice bowl! A weeknight staple!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz 96/4% ground beef
  • 3 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • white & black sesame seeds

Korean Sauce

  • 2 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp OUR Original Red Seasoning
 

Instructions

  1. Chop up the cabbage;
  2. Mix your sauce ingredients in a small bowl;
  3. Pan fry your ground beef until there is no pink;
  4. Add your cabbage and sauce;
  5. Mix up everything in your pan and simmer for 5 minutes;
  6. Transfer to your bowl and top with green onions and white & black sesame seeds!
