Let’s whip up the feta fried eggs recipe that’s gone VIRAL!

- 2 Joseph’s Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Pita’s
- 30 g Avocado
- 90 g fat free feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- fresh chives
- OUR Super Greek
Instructions
- In a medium heated non-stick frying pan, spray a light layer of avocado oil;
- Lightly toast the pita breads and set aside;
- In the same pan lower the heat to low and spray some avocado oil;
- Add the feta cheese into the pan;
- Crack the eggs right into the feta cheese;
- Season with OUR Super Greek;
- Take a lid and cover the eggs up to help cook;
- Once the eggs are cooked to your liking and the cheese is brown and crispy, turn the heat off;
- Spread the avocado onto both of the pita breads followed by the feta fried eggs;
- Garnish with some of the pico de gallo and fresh chopped scallions!
