Let’s whip up the feta fried eggs recipe that’s gone VIRAL!

Instructions

  1. In a medium heated non-stick frying pan, spray a light layer of avocado oil;
  2. Lightly toast the pita breads and set aside;
  3. In the same pan lower the heat to low and spray some avocado oil;
  4. Add the feta cheese into the pan;
  5. Crack the eggs right into the feta cheese;
  6. Season with OUR Super Greek;
  7. Take a lid and cover the eggs up to help cook;
  8. Once the eggs are cooked to your liking and the cheese is brown and crispy, turn the heat off;
  9. Spread the avocado onto both of the pita breads followed by the feta fried eggs;
  10. Garnish with some of the pico de gallo and fresh chopped scallions!
