The perfect post-workout smoothie to replenish your muscles and appetite, while making your taste buds VERY happy!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder of choice
  • 1 c of frozen cherries
  • 1 T of Chocolate Crave
  • Handful of ice and water to reach consistency that YOU like
  • Handful of spinach
  • Top with Bee Free Gluten Free clusters

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into the blender;
  2. Pour into a cold glass;
  3. Top with Bee Free Gluten Free clusters or granola of choice!
