Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 c of almond milk
  • BIG spoonful of peanut butter
  • a dash of Chocolate Crave
  • Your favorite chocolate protein powder (or any flavor that you have on hand)

Instructions

  1. Put all of your ingredients into a bleander;
  2. Mix until your “milkshake” is perfectly blended;
  3. Devour and enjoy!
