Pineapple Salsa Crockpot Chicken

Description

The easiest dinner you will ever make…And it’ll make the house smell AMAZING!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 pounds fresh or frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 c salsa of choice
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh, frozen or canned pineapple chunks If frozen or canned (make sure no sugar is adder or in syrup)
  • 1 T OUR Taco Knight
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp OUR Nothin’ But Ranch
  • Garnish – 1-2 tsp Fresh lime juice and 1/3 Cup Cilantro, chopped optional

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot place the chicken onto the bottom;
  2. Add the taco seasoning, making sure to cover the chicken;
  3. Pour the salsa on top of the chicken followed by the pineapple chunks;
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper;
  5. Add OUR Nothin’ But Ranch and set crockpot on low for 6 hours;
  6. Once all done, keep the chicken as is or shred and enjoy any way you would like!
