Shrimp & Chicken Sausage Omelette

Description

Shrimp and sausage omelette with cheesy goodness…YES and PLEASE!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 5 ounces of cooked tail off shrimp
  • 3/8 c shredded cheese of choice
  • 2 links of andouille chicken sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • OUR Original Red

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs and pour into your frying pan with Pam;
  2. While that is cooking on low/med, pan fry the shrimp and sausage with OUR Original Red;
  3. Once eggs are almost done, add half the cheese, shrimp and sausage, fold over and add more cheese;
  4. Cover to get to this cheesy deliciousness;
  5. Top with parsley and more Original Red!
