Big Mac Tacos ANYONE?!?! We jumped on the viral trend, but made them healthier, and they are so GOOD, easy, and versatile to make. These tacos are not just for Taco Tuesday, but can be enjoyed any night of the week! And Chef Allie’s special sauce is AMAZING!!!

Big Mac Tacos

A healthier way to enjoy the viral Big Mac Tacos!




  • 3 1/2 ounces 96/4 Ground beef, split into 2 portions
  • OUR Steakhouse
  • Black pepper to taste


  • 2 tortillas of choice
  • 2 slices of cheese of choice
  • 1 C shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/3 C diced onion
  • Pickles slices


  • 1/4 C Chef Allie’s Special Sauce (linked HERE)


  1. First prepare the special sauce and set into the refrigerator until ready to use;
  2. Portion out the beef into the two even portions;
  3. Season with OUR Steakhouse, pepper, and seasonings of choice;
  4. Take each portion and press into the tortilla until covered all around the tortilla;
  5. Flip the tortilla (beef side) down into a medium heated saute pan or griddle;
  6. Grab another pan or a press and place on top of the tortillas to help cook all the way through and to make sure it adheres to the tortillas;
  7. Once cooked, flip over to brown the opposite side of the torilla;
  8. Add the cheese and let it melt;
  9. Remove the tortillas and garnish with your fix-ins and the special sauce.
