French toast that is delicious, easy, and HEALTHY!
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 3 slices of low carb bread of choice
French Toast Batter
- 1 egg whole egg or 1/4 c egg whites
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch salt
Filing
- 1/2 C non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Simply Delish vanilla pudding mix
- 1 T My Berry Sauce click HERE for recipe
Garnish
- 1/3 c Berry Sauce
- 2 T Fat free Reddi Whip
- 3 T Sugar free pancake syrup
- OUR Chocolate Crave
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the french toast, batter, and set aside;
- Place nonstick pan on the burner on medium heat;
- While pan is heating up, combine the filling and set aside;
- Dunk the bread into the batter, one at a time and place into the lightly greased pan;
- Brown both sides;
- Once done, take each slice of French toast and later with the filling;
- Once done filling, garnish with berry sauce, whipped cream, syrup and Chocolate Crave;
- Enjoy!
