Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Patties

Description

The most amazing chicken burger you will ever have!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14.5 white beans can rinsed and drained
  • 1 lbs 98%-99% fat free ground chicken or 98%-99% fat free ground turkey
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp OUR Nothin But Ranch
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh dill
  • 1/4 c fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 c shallots diced
  • 1/3 c nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 slices center cut bacon cooked
  • 1 c fat free cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. First, cook bacon and set aside to cool;
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees;
  3. Drain and rinse the beans;
  4. Add to a large bowl and mash with fork roughly;
  5. To the same large bowl, add the ground chicken, salt, pepper, OUR Nothin’ But The Ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, dill parsley, cheddar cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt and cooked chopped bacon;
  6. Once everything is added to the bowl, mix until combine **DO NOT OVER MIX**
  7. Divide into 4 even burger patties;
  8. Place the patties onto a greased air fryer tray or basket;
  9. Spray the tops of the patties with cooking spray;
  10. Place the patties into the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying the opposite side with cooking spray;
  11. Once the burgers have internally reached 165 degrees, place onto a place to let them rest;
  12. Once done resting for about 5 minutes, serve on your desired bun/bread with your favorite toppings!
