Chicken Cordon Bleu Crunchwrap

An old classic with a new twist…We can’t get enough of this gooey cheese crunch wrap!


  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 3 oz diced chicken breast
  • 2 oz Diced Ham
  • 1 slice thin sliced Swiss cheese
  • 11/2 oz lite shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 serving OUR Green Zest


  1. Air fry your chicken at 400 for 8 minutes or however you cook it;
  2. Warm up diced ham;
  3. Lay out the flatbread;
  4. Once your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces;
  5. Layer starting with half of your cheese, chicken, ham, dijon and remaining cheese then sprinkle with seasoning;
  6. Fold up like a present;
  7. Spray the folded side with butter spray and set into pan at med/high;
  8. Cover with lid and cook for a few until golden brown. This will melt your cheese inside;
  9. Spray top of your crunch wrap and flip. Cover;
  10. Once that side is golden brown, spray all sides and fry till golden brown. Put the wrap between your butter spray bottle and spatula;
  11. Cut in half and enjoy!
