Pizza Bagels were always a childhood favorite of ours and when we are feeling nostalgic or just want a healthier version of pizza, we make this easy meal. Ready in less than 30 minutes, they are also fun to make with the family and everyone can choose their own toppings too. It’s a pizza party!

Pizza Bagels

Description

Take that fun childhood meal and make it into an adult version. They are so easy and filling!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 bagel
  • 4 Roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup Marinara I used Aldi
  • 1/2 cup Fat free mozzarella
  • 12 Hormel turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms Sauteed
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Italian Blast

Instructions

  1. Smear some roasted garlic on the bagel halves;
  2. Place into an oven or an air fryer until lightly toasted. 350/375 degrees;
  3. Place one pepperoni in the center of each hole in the bagel halves;
  4. Spoon the marinara sauce all over the bagel, then add the toppings of your choice;
  5. Place back into the oven or air fryer until cheese is nice and melted;
  6. Garnish with Italian Blast, oregano and fresh herbs!
